Community Nurses

Our team of community nurses provide nursing services in the home for the housebound and those just out of hospital. The team is based at Coalville. They cannot be contacted directly anymore. The new number is 0300 300 7777. The team also runs a clinic Mon + Thu 11:15am - 12:15pm at the surgery to deal with dressings. Appointments can be made at reception. Shelley Taylor is a School Nurse based at Coalville Health Centre. Tel: 01530 468570 term-time only.

Health Visitors

Health Visitor is Michelle Cowans 0300 300 3001 - Leicester Healthy Together, where a message is then passed on to the Health Visiting team. Patients can now access a service called "Chat Health". This is a free text based service. Please text 07520615382 to get started. ChatHealth is a web-based text messaging service which young people of secondary school age can use to access confidential advice from a school nurse.
