Accessing health care

NHS 111 online should be your first port of call even when the practice is open. You will be able to access screening questionnaires and immediate advice. You will be instructed to call NHS 111 if deemed necessary.

Walk-in centres across the country are reducing their services and availability.

If you do not have access to the internet please call NHS 111 directly. They will tell you where to go if you need a face-to-face assessment.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and/or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

Requesting medication prescriptions

As the practice is closed any prescription request received electronically will not be reviewed or actioned over the weekend.

If you are in urgent need of your usual medication, and can not wait until we are open, your local pharmacy or NHS 111 will be able to issue you with an emergency supply.
